On Launching DBA Studio it fails and opens file "oemapp" in notepad.
Suggestions will appriciated to get away problem

Broken *.cmd file association in Windows, most likely.
Has someone played with the machine and fiddled with knobs where they shouldn't have?

On same machine on same oprating system just before instalation it works properly
Work sheet not work
DBA Studio not work
Sql Plus Ok(work properly)

What? Something worked properly BEFORE it was installed? Now that I definitely don't believe.

Then as I said, the file association for *.cmd (or *.bat? don't know whether you install a server version or maybe a client version for the old 95/98 versions of Windows) files are probably broken so that it doesn't execute them, but opens them in notepad instead.

Thanx sir
i try to run command prompt it gives
"command prompt has been disable by your administrator."
this time i try it on server 2003
Error same on both O/S.

Then talk to your administrator.
Obviously they have locked down the machines in some way that prevents the normal installation/operation of the Oracle client.
