I tried to upgrade oracle 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 on the Solaris 10 server, but after 40 minutes it hangs bei oracle XML Database.
Can someone help me?

No-one can help without more information than this. For example, the 11.2 Upgrade guide has 16 steps for a manual upgrade. Which one are you on? Or are you ugrading with some other technique?

Presumably you mean step 11. Well, you had better see what it is doing: querying v$session_wait to see if it actually has hanged and if so why would be a start.
But how important is this? For example, if it is a production upgrade in your monthly maintenance period, you can cancel it right now, revert to you pre-upgrade position, and try again next month. If it is only a test or for learning purposes, perhaps someone can help - but not me, I'm on my way the airport in a few minutes.
